C2E Unveils A Unique Collaborative Concept This Wedding Season

This wedding season we thought of giving the usual nuptials and the associated revelries a fresh perspective, rather a twist. We conceptualised and curated a string of conventional celebrations weaving together the elements of a non-conventional wedding with the closest of your clan in a quirky format - An Intimate Wedding.

In order to achieve this objective, it was imperative to approach veterans from the wedding domain, whose thoughts resonated with the idea of re-styling the weddings in line with the #newnormal. Each of our partners, not just put their best foot forward but also reinforced the fact that intimate weddings, though small, can still make a big impact and one can have memories to cherish for a lifetime.

As planners, the first question that came to our minds was, 'WHERE should we do it?' What can be the apt location that both complements the theme as well as ideation of the shoot - tranquil natural surroundings and eco-conscious celebrations? The Gateway Resort Damdama Lake was the answer. The extremely amiable & cooperative team, at our chosen venue, was always on the go for anything and everything we required to bring alive this novel concept.

Having said that, we needed creative minds to make sure our cumulative ideas and efforts reach out to the love birds out there stuck at planning their big day. An Unconventional Avatar Of The Classic Haldi Ceremony Aka #ChampagneHaldi

The traditional Haldi ceremony was turned into a boho, chic and whimsical picnic; Set amidst lush greens under the sun. The idea was to make it casual yet fun, and therefore carefully handpicked elements like low-rise wooden tables, classy tableware, rugs, pouffes, macramé cushions, wicker baskets, and lots of blooms & foliage were opted for.

The savouries viz. slices of bread, pineapples, macaroons, cheese, and champagne complemented the theme.

A Sundowner Wedding With A Touch Of Rusticity And Minimalism As Its Core

Surpassing the conventional pheras and emotional wedding ceremonies, this sundowner wedding was an exciting blend of glamour, smiles and loads of frolic. While our groom and his gang made it to the couple stage, with all the Swag in a vintage car, the bride walked the aisle with her ‘best man’. The B-Gang added to the euphoria by taking over the dhol while beating their way to the stage.

The rustic aesthetics of the stage surrounded by many-hued flowers, pampas, greens, and lanterns complemented the green surroundings of the open-air vedi, which went well with the non-cliched theme of this traditional ceremony.

Sheer Opulence And Exclusivity For The Perfect Finale To Your Wedding Celebrations

The reception dinner was a smorgasbord of all things earthy showcasing the infusion of essential elements with this culminatory event of all the above joyous celebrations. A regal sit-down affair was curated by decking the table under a tree adorned with red crystal chandeliers.

The mesmerising setup included classy tableware, candles, terracotta vases, and of course, a scrumptious reception cake followed by a fine meal.

Weddings that are skinnier, quirkier and more fun, in other words, marrying traditional with the trending is all you need for your big day! And this shoot is a testimony to how it’s done!
